Delete your account

You can delete your iroiro reader account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open Settings, go to your account, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. This signs you out and removes your account.
By email
If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may confirm the request to prevent someone else from deleting your account.
What gets deleted
We permanently delete your account record, your reading progress, and your saved words. This is processed promptly and completed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated diagnostics that cannot identify you may remain.
About subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you are not billed again.

iroiro reader のアカウントとそのデータは、いつでも削除できます。
アプリから
設定を開き、アカウントの項目からアカウントを削除を選択してください。確認のうえ、サインアウトとアカウントの削除が行われます。
メールから
アプリを開けない場合は、アカウントのメールアドレスから [email protected] へ削除をご依頼ください。第三者による削除を防ぐため、ご本人確認をお願いする場合があります。
削除される内容
アカウント情報、読書の進捗、保存した単語を完全に削除します。すみやかに処理し、30日以内に完了します。個人を特定できない集計済みの診断データは残る場合があります。
サブスクリプションについて
アカウントを削除しても、ストアのサブスクリプションは解約されません。再請求を避けるため、App Store または Google Play のアカウント設定で別途解約してください。
